James Blackburn, DASM, has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, ranging from Assistant Director of Banquet Set-Up to Agile Business Analyst. James is currently serving as an Agile Associate Project Manager/Scrum Master at Thazen, where James leads and guides the development team through the agile journey to ensure the stakeholder's vision is implemented. James is dedicated to meeting and exceeding business expectations by delivering solutions that increase measurable value and enhance user experience. With a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida, James brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every role James undertakes.
