Stephen Fisher

Stephen Fisher is the Director of Capital Markets at the Tennessee Housing Development Agency, responsible for incorporating secondary market mortgage products to aid working families. Previously, Stephen served as the Deputy Director of Program Operations at the West Virginia Housing Development Fund, overseeing loan origination and multi-family program operations. Throughout their career, Stephen has successfully implemented various mortgage servicing departments and programs, including a Mortgage Refinance Department that generated substantial loan amounts. Fisher's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate from The Ohio State University and an MBA in Business Administration from West Virginia Graduate College.
