Chris Kimbell currently holds the position of Vice President Service Operations at The 20 MSP - Your Managed IT Department. Previously, Chris was the Owner of WOLFGUARD IT before it was acquired by The 20 MSP. With a background in IT and certifications from Lone Star College and Quick Strike Training, Chris also worked as a Technician at Optimum Computer Solutions (OCS) prior to joining WOLFGUARD IT. Through their work, Chris introduced the 3-Step IT Relief Plan, Total IT Totally Covered™, focusing on diagnosing, fixing, and preventing IT issues.
