Misty Kaufman

Misty Kaufman has extensive experience in the IT industry, currently serving as Manager of Events and Vendor Relations and Cloud Services Specialist at The 20 MSP since January 2018. In this role, Misty contributes to the business development group's focus on scalability and growth for Managed Service Providers by implementing a proven sales model and unified resources. Prior to this position, Misty held roles including Sales Development Representative at The 20 and Sales Manager at PCM, where responsibilities included driving inside sales activities and training sales teams. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Account Manager at Tiger Direct and Outside Sales Representative at Holze Music. Misty holds an Associate's degree in Audiovisual Communications Technologies from Collin College.
