Michael Oyervides

Michael Oyervides has a strong background in project management and construction, particularly in the hospitality sector. Currently, Michael is a Contributor at The 26 Co since April 2023. Prior to this, Michael served as a Project Manager at Merit Hospitality from August 2020 to April 2023 and held the position of Director of New Construction and Project Management at Jade Group, Inc. from April 2019 to April 2020, focusing on hotel renovations. Michael also gained extensive experience at Project Development Services, Inc. (PDSI) as a Project Manager from February 2009 to April 2019, and previously worked as a Project Manager at Frazee, Inc. from June 1993 to December 2008, where responsibilities included assembling bids and overseeing renovation budgets.
