Toby Donaldson is an experienced mentor and strategist with a diverse background in the creative industries. Currently serving as a Mentor at The 30 Minute - University of Planning since March 2021, Toby facilitates mentoring sessions that connect with individuals globally. Previously, Toby held the position of Strategy Director and Partner at Fox + Hare, focusing on helping clients navigate challenging conditions. Toby also served as Associate Strategy Director at Archetype, Principal Consultant at Radley Yeldar, and held various roles at MRM//McCann and ZAK. Toby's early career included positions at Lamudi, Apple, and freelance work as a copywriter. Educational credentials include advanced degrees in Sustainability and Behavioural Science & Marketing from renowned institutions such as the University of Cambridge and Lund University, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds.
