Jayaraj Poduval

Jayaraj Poduval is the current Procurement Head at Aloha International Brewpub Pvt Ltd. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Procurement at Royal Orchid Hotels from February 2019 to July 2021. Jayaraj has also worked as a Manager Purchase at Pebble Street Hospitality from November 2017 to September 2018 and as a Materials Manager - Projects at Lite Bite Foods Pvt Ltd from June 2015 to October 2017.

Poduval began their career as a Manager Supply Chain at Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. in November 2014 before moving to Sodexo India On-site Services as an Assistant Manager - Supply Chain in September 2013. In this role, they were responsible for category buying for non-food items, new projects, vendor contracting, and supply and logistics for the Mumbai region. Jayaraj also oversaw vendor management and conducted factory/storage audits for new vendors.

Poduval has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a proven track record of successfully negotiating and contracting with vendors, developing new vendors, and managing escalations. Jayaraj is skilled in identifying cost-saving opportunities and maximizing purchase income targets.

Jayaraj Poduval completed their SSC from Holy Paradise English High School. Jayaraj then pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounts & MHRD from Mumbai University. After that, they completed their PGDBM in Finance from Welingkar Institute of Management.
