Tim Hayward

Tim Hayward is currently the Head of Solution Architecture at the 848 Group, where he works with clients in the SME and Enterprise space to architect robust solutions based on multi-vendor technology stacks. He enables clients to embrace modern methods of working to improve productivity in their environment. Prior to his current role, Tim worked as a Solutions Architect at Deloitte, delivering Microsoft solutions to Enterprise clients. Tim also has experience as a Technical Design Lead at Capita, where he designed enterprise class ICT solutions based on Microsoft technologies for the local government and education sector. He started his career as a Level 3 Wintel Engineer at Trinity Expert Systems after completing a BSc (Hons) in Applied Computing from Staffordshire University.
