Sian Thomas

Sian Thomas is an experienced Product Manager currently working at Lyst since October 2021, focusing on brand, editorial content, retail media, and MarTech. Sian has progressed through various roles in product management, including Associate Product Manager and Product Analyst, with a strong emphasis on catalogue data quality, sizing, and sustainability. In November 2023, Sian became a Founding Member of The 93% Club, aimed at redistributing opportunities to state-educated professionals. Prior to Lyst, Sian held positions at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, specializing in size and fit, and also gained diverse experience in the fashion industry through roles at companies such as Enderby Wharf RTM Company Limited, LUXOS Magazine, and United Clothing. Sian holds a Master's degree in Womenswear Fashion Design from Istituto Marangoni and has completed additional training in business planning and coding.
