Tricia Lucas-Clarke PGC PES is an Inclusion and Diversity Specialist at GSK, where responsibilities include leading UK Awards and Recognition for the Embrace Employee Resource Group and managing Early Talent Recruitment initiatives focused on equity and inclusion. Tricia serves on the Member Board of Trustees for The 93% Club and is a Project Manager for Spectrum Global on the GSK Global Inclusion Council, supporting the LGBTQ+ community. Tricia also holds roles as a #IamRemarkable Platinum Level Facilitator and DEI expert speaker, with previous experience as a visiting lecturer and quality control team member during the London 2012 Olympics. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Educational Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Two Dimensional Design.
