James Jones

James Jones is an accomplished automotive professional with extensive experience in technical management and customer service, particularly within the Volkswagen Group. Since September 2014, James has held various positions at The AA, including Technical Manager and Technical Liaison Engineer. Prior to that, James served as Customer Care Manager at Birmingham Audi and Aftersales Customer Service Manager at Swindon Audi. James began a career in automotive service as a Service Advisor and progressed to Senior Service Advisor roles at multiple Audi dealerships and Volkswagen. Educationally, James is enhancing expertise through QA Apprenticeships and has completed a Diploma of Education, among other qualifications.
