Julia Kyriacou

Julia Kyriacou has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as the Customer Solutions (Complaints) Team Manager and previously as the Member Relations (Complaints) Admin Team Leader and Real Time Resourcing at The AA since April 2012. Julia's career commenced as a Sales Adviser at The AA, transitioning to a focus on resolving customer inquiries and issues. Prior to this, Julia was the proprietor of Scrubs Cleaners from January 2009 to March 2012, where entrepreneurial aspirations were pursued. Julia holds NVQ Level 3 and Level 2 certifications in Customer Service from Dudley College, as well as education from Whalley Range High School and The Manchester College.
