Katy Lyon

Katy Lyon has extensive experience in improvement and change management, currently serving as an Improvement and Change Management Business Partner at The AA since March 2000. Over the years, Katy has held various roles within the organization, including Change Readiness Partner, Performance Leader, Change Manager, Quality Analyst, and Customer Advisor. Prior to joining The AA, Katy worked as a Dental Assistant at PJ Beard and Associates from June 1997 to March 2000. Katy's educational background includes studies at Reddish Vale.
