Rebecca Luton has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Rebecca is currently working as the Head of Marketing & Sales at The AA since October 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Brand Manager at The AA starting in December 2020.

Before joining The AA, Rebecca worked as a Pro Bono consultant from July 2020 to December 2020.

From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Hays, initially as a Group Brand Manager and later as a Senior Group Brand Manager.

Rebecca also served as the Group Brand Marketing Manager at RWH Ltd (Jigsaw and The Shop at Bluebird) from August 2015 to July 2016.

Rebecca took a sabbatical in November 2014 and traveled Central America and Europe before returning to work.

From November 2012 to October 2014, Rebecca worked as the Global Brand Manager at Reiss. Before that, they held the role of Brand Coordinator at Reiss from August 2011 to November 2012.

Rebecca began their professional journey as a Marketing & PR Assistant at Myla in March 2010, and prior to that, they completed a Marketing Assistant Internship at Stella McCartney from September 2009 to March 2010.

Rebecca Luton earned a BA(Hons) degree in Fashion Management with a focus on Marketing and PR from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended The Tiffin Girls' School from 1998 to 2005. Rebecca also received training in digital marketing from Jellyfish Training and completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA program with Mark Ritson, specializing in marketing.
