Thomas Williams

Thomas Williams is a Chartered Insurer with extensive experience in claims management. Currently serving as the Head of Claims at Marshmallow since May 2021, Thomas previously held the Head of Claims position at One Call Claims from April 2012 to May 2021, along with roles as Credit Hire & FNOL Manager and Credit Hire Handler. Prior to that, Thomas worked as a Specialist Motor Sales Consultant at the Royal Bank of Scotland and gained early experience at Neilson Active Holidays as a Waiting Person and Team Leader. Thomas holds multiple qualifications in insurance, including a Diploma in Insurance (Dip CII) and a Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII), obtained from One Call Insurance, alongside a BTEC National Diploma in Public Services from Doncaster College. Education was further enhanced through a Fast Track program at the Insurance Institute Manchester.
