Vicki Thompson

Vicki Thompson is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in broadcast journalism and event coordination. Since December 2001, Vicki has served as the Local Regional Editor at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. Prior to this role, Vicki contributed to WIN Television in various capacities related to TV news production from 1997 to 2001, and coordinated events for the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers and Toowoomba Events from 1991 to 1997. Vicki's early career included serving as a TV presenter and programs manager at Darling Downs TV between 1986 and 1991. Vicki's educational background includes studies at the University of Southern Queensland from 2001 to 2006 and attendance at Toowoomba State High School.
