Erin Herlihy is an accomplished educational professional with extensive experience in special education and applied behavior analysis. Currently serving as an Inclusive Education Coach, Applied Behavior Analysis Strand Specialist, and Program Director for Applied Behavior Analysis at Boston Public Schools since August 2017, Erin has also worked as a Program Manager Consultant for The Ability Challenge since April 2022. Previous roles include Senior Behavior Consultant at Butterfly Effects, ABA Therapist/Teacher Assistant at The Ivymount School, and Special Education Coordinator at Friendship Public Charter School, among others. Erin's educational background includes a Post-Master’s Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Elementary Education, and Urban Practice and Policy from the University of Richmond.
