Tanya Johnson

Tanya Johnson is an accomplished education leader and consultant with extensive experience in organizational design, strategic planning, and curriculum development. Serving as the CEO and Founder of Impact Strategy Group since May 2020, Tanya also contributes as a consultant to The Ability Challenge and the Center for Policing Equity. With a background in education, Tanya has facilitated curriculum development workshops and supported schools in transitioning to Common Core Standards. Tanya's previous roles include Vice President of Program Design at Turnaround for Children, where leadership and strategic improvement efforts were directed towards enhancing the performance of schools serving vulnerable populations. With a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from UCLA, Tanya possesses a strong foundation in education and leadership principles.
