Michelle O'Connell

Michelle O'Connell is an experienced editor and freelance writer with a diverse background in health care, pharmaceuticals, and film journalism. Currently serving as an Editor at The ABIS Group since May 2017, Michelle writes and edits numerous abstracts daily. Concurrently, Michelle contributes features and essays to RogerEbert.com and The Film Stage. Previous experience includes roles as a Features Reporter for the Rapid City Journal and a Contributor for Movie Mezzanine. Michelle also managed social media for Goldring AJs and interned at Indiewire and Criticwire. Michelle holds a Master of Arts in Arts Journalism from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications with a focus on Film Studies from Ball State University.
