Leigh Gauthier, PCC, is an accomplished Executive, Leadership, and Career Coach with extensive experience in coaching executives, leaders, and managers towards success in both work and life. As the Director of Growth at The Academies for Coaching, Inc. since March 2015, Leigh contributes to the development of neuroscience-based coaching programs. Prior roles include Director of Consulting & Micro-Coaching at Impro.AI, where innovative AI-driven coaching solutions were implemented, and Vice President of Growth at STS Capital Partners, a global M&A firm. Leigh has also held various leadership positions at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, and has a background in human capital consulting from Accenture. Education includes an Executive Leadership Program and a BA in Linguistics and English from the University of Toronto.
