Matthew Gardner

Matthew Gardner, ACC, currently serves as the Coach Success Manager and Coach Success Administrator at The Academies for Coaching, Inc. since July 2023. Previously, Matthew held the position of Head of Customer Experience at Coachbit from October 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing onboarding and customer service functions and enhancing team efficiency. Matthew also has extensive experience in academia as an E-tutor in Anthropology at the University of South Africa from 2014 to 2022. In the finance sector, Matthew held various roles at Debt Busters, culminating as Head of Collections from April 2018 to March 2022. Matthew's educational background includes a Certified Career Management Coach credential, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice from the University of Cape Town, and a Certificate in Business Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
