Gwendolyn Keefe

Gwendolyn Keefe is an experienced public relations and communications professional with a robust background in customer PR and social media. Currently serving as the Director of Customer PR & Social Media at BetterUp since September 2022, Gwendolyn previously held multiple roles at Guild Education from October 2019 to September 2022, including Director and Associate Director of Partner PR. Gwendolyn's experience also encompasses a Senior Communications Manager position at Lyft, where responsibilities included leading communications for self-driving cars, bikes, and scooters, as well as product and technology. Earlier in the career, Gwendolyn worked at The OutCast Agency managing media relations and strategy for prominent consumer tech clients. Gwendolyn began the professional path as a Marketing Specialist at 9x9.tv and was involved in recruitment and marketing during university years. Gwendolyn holds a B.A. in Mass Communications from the University of California, Berkeley.
