Kim Chayka

Kim Chayka has extensive experience in the charter school sector, serving as Co-Chairman and Co-CEO of AMS Impact Group since July 2018, where the organization provides back-office services to a prominent charter school network in Arizona. As Co-CEO of the Academies of Math and Science since August 2010, Kim has been instrumental in leading operations and growth strategies for a network that serves 3,600 scholars with plans to expand to 10,000. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and Director of Program Development, overseeing school development, personnel management, and partnerships. Kim holds a Fellowship in School Design and Educational Leadership from New Schools for Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Arizona.
