Alicia Good

Alicia Good has had a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and administration. Alicia is currently serving as the Manager of People & Culture at The Health Management Academy since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Concept Solutions, LLC as a Human Resources Generalist from March 2020 to July 2022. Alicia also gained experience as an HR Generalist at Labatt Food Service from July 2016 to December 2019. Alicia began their career at The Carlton Group, where they served as an Executive Secretary/Payroll Administrator from November 2015 to July 2016.

Alicia Good earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, with a minor in Human Resources Management, from Virginia Tech between 2011 and 2015. Alicia then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Development at the University of Texas at Tyler, graduating in 2017.
