Emma Feeney

Emma Feeney has a diverse work experience spanning across different organizations and roles. Emma is currently working at The Health Management Academy as a Senior Research Analyst, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Analyst at the same organization from February 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining The Health Management Academy, Emma worked at Advisory Board from July 2020 to February 2021 as a Research Analyst. In this role, they conducted user interviews and secondary research to provide actionable insights for healthcare leaders. Emma also collaborated with external vendors to enhance the user experience through usability testing and was responsible for creating Diversity & Inclusion learning modules.

Earlier in their career, Emma worked as a Client Services Analyst at Advisory Board from August 2018 to July 2020. In this position, they managed internal and external events, handled logistics, and served as a liaison between different teams. Emma also conducted data analysis to track team metrics and quotas.

Prior to their time at Advisory Board, Emma gained experience as a Research Volunteer at Abington - Jefferson Health in 2017. In this role, they collaborated with various departments to plan programming for patients, collected data for the Hospital Elder Life Program, and supported daily patient check-ins.

Emma Feeney began their education at Mount Saint Joseph Academy, where they earned their high school diploma from 2010 to 2014. Emma then attended Gettysburg College from 2014 to 2018, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Science.
