Jess Évora

Jess Évora is an experienced leader in higher education with a focus on leadership development and student involvement. Currently serving as the Director of Leadership Development at The Health Management Academy since March 2022, Jess previously held key positions such as Associate Director at the Souza Leadership Center at the University of California, Merced, and Coach & Facilitator at the SMASH STEM Academy at the University of Michigan. Additional roles include Assistant Director of Student Involvement and Leadership Development at Worcester State University, Resident Director for Semester at Sea, and Resident Director and Coordinator at UCLA Residential Life. Jess's early career includes a Graduate Internship at the University of Southern California and a Project Assistant role at Brown University. Jess holds a Master of Education in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University.
