Matthew Salsbury

Matthew Salsbury is an experienced professional in health management and program development. Currently serving as Director of Executive Programs at The Health Management Academy since November 2022, Matthew leads programming for C-suite leaders from top health systems, fosters stakeholder relationships, and facilitates strategic discussions. Previously, as Program and Grants Manager at the Alliance for Health Policy, Matthew built systems for funder engagement and supported high-level events. Matthew's experience also includes roles at Vibrant Health, where efforts focused on strategic initiatives and new program launches, and various positions in public policy and community engagement. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and has participated in a study abroad program in Portugal focused on Public Administration, Business, and Public Health.
