Ryan Poulton

Ryan Poulton currently serves as the Associate Director of Member Development at The Health Management Academy, a position held since December 2020, after progressing through roles including Manager and Senior Associate in the same department. Prior to this, Ryan gained experience as a Medical Scribe at DRS. Poulton and Smith, L.L.C. in August 2020 and earlier served as a Business Operations Intern at 14 West in the summer of 2019. Ryan's initial professional experience includes working as a Demolition Laborer at Power Component Systems, Inc. and as a Medical Scribe at DRS. Poulton and Smith during the summer of 2016. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Penn State University, completed in 2020, and graduated from Severna Park Senior High School in May 2016.
