Paul Musial

Paul Musial serves as the Associate Director of Creative Programming & Community at The Academy for Teachers, where leadership involves the creation and production of over 30 events annually, aimed at fostering engagement and community among teachers with diverse cultural and intellectual experiences. Previous experience includes a consultancy role at CARGO Inc, focused on curating Japanese arts and crafts and expanding the collection's scope, as well as a position as Assistant Director at Shibui, where significant sales growth was achieved. Earlier in the career, an Event Producer role at LDV Hospitality involved leading a team to produce large-scale events that generated over $2 million in annual revenue. Paul holds a Master of Fine Arts in Applied Craft & Design from the Pacific Northwest College of Art and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
