Kate Conklin

Kate Conklin has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Kate started their career as an intern at the Chateau Resort and Conference Center, where they gained valuable knowledge and skills in event planning. Kate then took on a managerial role at Big Brown Fish Hatchery Inc., where they handled marketing, employee schedules, inventory management, and overall business operations. Kate then worked as a Catering Sales Associate at Sodexo, where they planned and executed various university and external events. After that, they worked at Carnegie Mellon University as a University Events Associate, responsible for planning campus-wide events featuring high-profile speakers. Kate continued their event management career at Drexel University, initially as an Associate Events Manager and later as an Associate Manager. Currently, they serve as the Director of Events and Operations at The Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University. Kate's passion for coaching led their to work as an Assistant Field Hockey Coach at Winchester Thurston School, where they mentored and motivated high school students. Overall, Kate has extensive experience in event planning, management, and coaching.

Kate Conklin completed their high school education at Pleasant Valley High School from 2005 to 2009, obtaining a G.E.D. From 2009 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
