Anuraag Lal

Anuraag Lal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and engineering. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Product and Engineering at The Access Group, Anuraag oversees the Schools and NP Portfolio, driving product development and engineering efforts while contributing to commercial growth plans. Previously held positions include Product Director at Workday, where responsibility encompassed managing the Peakon Employee Voice Engage product stream, and Director of Products, International at Blackbaud, leading global product management across multiple regions. Anuraag has a strong foundation in technical consulting, having started at Blackbaud as a Solutions Programmer and progressing to various leadership roles. Anuraag holds a Certificate in Product Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
