Joanne Shrimpton

Joanne Shrimpton is a seasoned commercial manager currently working at The Access Group since February 2019, focusing on customer support in their journey towards digital maturity following the acquisition of Servelec. Prior to this role, Joanne held various positions at Servelec, including Head of Sales Operations and Deputy Head of Sales Operations, contributing to sales strategies and operations. Joanne's earlier experience includes serving as a Product Marketing Specialist and Marketing Executive at Idox plc and 6pm, where Joanne was involved in the healthcare division post-acquisition. Additional experience includes roles at CACI Ltd as a Senior Consultant, where Joanne managed customer applications, and at Lloyds British Testing Ltd as a Developer, creating software systems for tracking crane maintenance and service manuals. Joanne holds a BSc (Honors) in Combined Studies, with a major in Information Systems and a minor in Business Administration, from the University of Northampton.
