Anna Russell

Anna Russell has a diverse work experience that includes roles such as Director of School Support at Achievement Network, Educational Consultant, Principal at Saint Louis Public Schools, and Corps Member Advisor at Teach For America. Anna has also worked as an Instructional Facilitator and English Language Arts Teacher at Saint Louis Public Schools, as well as a Social Studies Teacher and Department Chair at St. Peter Claver Cristo Rey High School. Their work experience spans from 2010 to the present, with their most recent role starting in 2022.

Anna Russell completed their Bachelor's Degree from Xavier University spanning from 2006 to 2010. Anna majored in Philosophy, Politics and the Public Honors Program, as well as studied Political Science and History. Later, from 2011 to 2012, they attended the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and obtained a Master's Degree in Education (M.Ed.) with a specialization in Urban Education and Leadership.
