Deborah England Gray has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Deborah has held various roles in different companies, including Safety Insurance, The Achievement Network, Independent General Counsel, Acquia, Charles River Laboratories, Sapient, Harcourt, and WilmerHale.

Deborah began their legal career at WilmerHale as an Associate in the Corporate Department from 1988 to 1993 and later became a Junior Partner in 1993.

Deborah England Gray completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in Government from Colby College in 1985. Additionally, in 1983 and 1984, they studied Spanish at Saint Louis University.
