Back End Developer at The Action Network

Cesar Castillo has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Cesar began as a Math and Science Tutor at Rutgers University in 2014, then moved to an Electrical Engineer role at Norfolk Naval Shipyard in 2016. In 2018, they became a Software Engineer at Avanade, and most recently, they are a Back End Developer at The Action Network.

Cesar Castillo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University between 2012 and 2016. In 2019, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certification from Microsoft. Cesar also obtained the Python for Data Science and Machine Learning Bootcamp certification from Udemy.
