Gilles Roux

Gilles ROUX has extensive experience in IT leadership, currently serving as the Global Head of IT Architecture and Digital Factory at Adecco since June 2018, while also holding the role of Global Head of IT Architecture and Digital Enablers since March 2012. ROUX has spearheaded diverse IT initiatives, including the management of Architecture Communities and corporate solutions such as ESB and ECM. Previous positions include VP roles overseeing Solution Delivery in Southern Europe and Middle-Office Solutions, along with foundational roles at Renault Trucks and Volvo IT. ROUX holds a degree in Computer Science from INSA Lyon and has furthered education with operational courses at INSEAD and IMD.
