Lauren Thompson

Lauren Thompson, CSP, is an experienced professional currently serving as the Regional Manager of Strategic Initiatives for Adecco, focusing on the West Coast since November 2023. Previously, Lauren held the position of Regional Vice President for Hire Up Staffing Services, overseeing multiple branches in California and emphasizing team development and client satisfaction from November 2019 to November 2023. Prior to that, Lauren contributed significantly to PrideStaff in various roles, including Director of Franchise Development, where responsibilities spanned sales, coaching, and operational support for franchised staffing offices. Additional experience includes recruitment at TEKsystems and a background in physical therapy assistance. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Fresno, and is associated with the American Staffing Association from 2016 to 2025.
