Michelle Duong

Michelle Duong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and corporate development. Currently serving as Vice President of Adecco Permanent Recruitment USA and Country Practice Lead, Michelle manages the US team, oversees nationwide business unit P&L, and is part of the US Executive Leadership team. Prior roles include Senior Search Director for direct hire placements at Adecco, Executive Director at Advantex Professional Services, and founder of AM Solutions Group LLC. Michelle has also contributed as a Board Member for Operation Be Kind and Working Wardrobes, focusing on financial operations and workforce empowerment. Michelle holds an MBA from UCLA.
