Prasad Swaminathan

Prasad Swaminathan currently holds the position of Group Senior Vice President and Global Head of HR at Adecco Workforce Solutions since November 2020, alongside serving as the Global Head of Transformation and Organization Design for The Adecco Group since June 2020. Prior experience includes roles at ABB, where Prasad was the Group Senior Vice President and Global Head of Development, and the Group Senior Vice President - Talent & Learning from December 2014 to June 2020. Prasad's tenure at Carrefour spanned from February 2008 to November 2014, covering various senior HR roles including Director - International HR. Earlier career milestones include senior HR positions at Radio Mirchi and Indian Express, along with experience at Apollo Tyres Ltd. Prasad holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from PUMBA, Pune University, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from ILS Law College, Pune.
