Rudy Trotter

Rudy Trotter is a versatile professional with a diverse background in recruitment, sales support, customer experience, performing arts, and education. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Adecco since January 2024, Rudy previously worked as a Sales Support Coordinator at DZConneX, where expertise in software such as Salesforce and Hubspot was utilized to enhance lead sourcing and client conversations around Total Talent Solutions. Experience also includes managing customer experience initiatives at Bardon Bowling Centers, where focus on guest and employee satisfaction was paramount. Rudy has a rich history in performing arts as a Live Performer at Six Flags and a Director/Teacher at Christian Youth Theater, alongside earlier roles at Starbucks and Maltz Jupiter Theatre. Rudy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre from Palm Beach Atlantic University and an Associate of Arts from Rock Valley College.
