Mac Stokes has a comprehensive background in information technology and operations management. They have experience in various roles such as Head of Information Technology and IT & Business Solutions Manager at The Advantage Travel Partnership. Prior to that, they served as a Senior IT Operations Manager and Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at DG International: UK & International Freight Forwarder and Pro Carrier. Mac also has experience as a Web Design Development Specialist at The Big Bad Digital and as a Project Support Analyst at First Data Merchant Services. They began their career as an Administrator at 4TEC LIMITED and as a Dealing Associate at International Financial Data Services (IFDS). Mac has demonstrated their abilities in areas such as system migration, service delivery, process analysis, project support, and website design and development. They are skilled in managing IT operations, vendor relations, cost control, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Mac has a track record of successfully delivering IT projects and providing solutions to meet client needs.

Mac Stokes attended Chelmsford College from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a BTEC Business Level 3 Extended National Diploma in the field of Business. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2010, they completed their secondary education at St John Payne Secondary School. In terms of additional certifications, Mac obtained a CompTIA A+ ce Certification in October 2019 from CompTIA and an ITIL® 4 Foundation CPD from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2020.
