David joined ACB in 2017 after 30+ years of progressive experience leading financial planning & analysis, accounting, and administrative teams across a variety of business sectors. David works with both internal stakeholders and outside business partners and is charged with the ongoing development of return on investment, decision-making, and best practices across multiple functional areas such as budgeting, forecasting, real estate & insurance administration, and human resources. David holds a master’s degree from SUNY Stony Brook and a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Albany.
