Matthew Hilton

Matthew Hilton currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Advocacy People, where the organization focuses on providing independent advocacy services to support clients in their care and decision-making processes. Previous experience includes roles as Principal Consultant at Nous Group, Chief Operating Officer and University Secretary at Kingston University, and various directorial positions in the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and the Department of Trade and Industry. Matthew's academic background includes an MBA from Imperial College London, participation in the Major Projects Leadership Academy at Saïd Business School, and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Philosophy from The University of Sheffield.
