Katie Sutton is an experienced advocacy worker currently employed at The Advocacy Project since March 2022. Prior to this role, Katie served as an office administrator at Poolpod Products and held leadership positions such as Chapter President for the Phi Mu Fraternity, where significant responsibilities included managing a budget exceeding $80,000 and overseeing over 190 members. Additionally, Katie contributed as a congressional intern in the office of Congressman James E. Clyburn, gaining insights into legislative processes and constituent relations. An active member of the USC Order of Omega Honor Society, Katie has also represented Phi Mu on the Panhellenic Programming Committee. Katie holds a Master's degree in Human Rights and International Politics from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from East Carolina University.
