The Advocates for Human Rights
The Advocates for Human Rights envisions a world in which every person lives with dignity, freedom, justice, equality, and peace. We are a non-profit, volunteer-based organization that investigates and exposes human rights violations such as violence against women; represents immigrants and refugees in our community who are victims of human rights abuses; trains and assists groups that protect human rights; and uses research, education, and advocacy to engage the public, policy makers, and children in our mission of implementing international human rights standards to promote civil society and reinforce the rule of law.
