Emily Farell

Emily Farell is the founder of Hopscotch Consulting LLC and a senior consultant at Human Rights Educators USA, where efforts are focused on advocating for human rights education across a network of over 600 individuals and partner organizations. Since September 2006, Emily has also served as a program associate at The Advocates for Human Rights, a non-profit organization dedicated to investigating human rights violations and promoting civil society. Emily holds a Master's degree in International Politics from American University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Development from the University of Minnesota.
