Lisa Dailey has over a decade of experience in advocacy and legal representation, currently serving as the Executive Director of the Treatment Advocacy Center since August 2015, where responsibilities include advocating for mental health legislation, public education, and authoring policy-related studies. Additionally, Lisa serves as a Pro Bono Attorney for The Advocates for Human Rights, focusing on refugee asylum proceedings since January 2010. Prior experience includes a role as an Attorney at Libertas, concentrating on public interest litigation and various legal matters. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from Macalester College, a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and a Master of Studies in International Human Rights Law from the University of Oxford.
