Pamela Guerrero is an experienced legal professional and advocate with a strong background in immigrant justice and nonprofit work. Currently serving as an Immigrant Justice Corps Fellow at The Advocates for Human Rights, Pamela has previously held various roles including JD Research Assistant at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where assistance was provided on U Visa analyses and environmental law courses. Significant experience also includes providing pro bono legal services through the Immigration Justice Clinic at JOHN JAY LEGAL SERVICE INC, managing projects at Nonviolence International New York, and conducting fundraising initiatives for ONETrack International. Pamela holds a Doctor of Law degree from Elisabeth Haub School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Studies from Manhattanville College.

The Advocates for Human Rights envisions a world in which every person lives with dignity, freedom, justice, equality, and peace. We are a non-profit, volunteer-based organization that investigates and exposes human rights violations such as violence against women; represents immigrants and refugees in our community who are victims of human rights abuses; trains and assists groups that protect human rights; and uses research, education, and advocacy to engage the public, policy makers, and children in our mission of implementing international human rights standards to promote civil society and reinforce the rule of law.
