Will Reay

Will Reay is an International Automation Consultant at The Agency Blueprint since March 2023, focusing on the Recruiter Accelerator program that helps clients acquire new customers through innovative automation strategies. Prior to this, Will served as a Business Development Consultant at Visualsoft Ltd, where responsibilities included generating new business and managing client pipelines. Experience at Kura (CS) Ltd as a Sales Executive was followed by a brief tenure at Santander UK as a Case Handler, which concluded due to redundancy during the pandemic. Will's career began at Marks and Spencer, where various roles were undertaken over nearly seven years, and earlier roles included Sales Executive at Sky and Promotions and Events Manager at JALUMINATI LIMITED. Will Reay holds a degree in Sports Science, Sports and Exercise from Northumbria University, earned between 2015 and 2018.
