Jess McGrath is a Technical Advisor for the UN Migration's CEA. Jess is responsible for providing support to programme teams across all field locations within their regional scope and ensuring that programming is conducted under the umbrella of Accountability toward Affected Populations (AAP).
Jess has a background in capacity building and extensive support to national field teams, both in planning and implementation of projects. Jess has delivered training tools for AAP and CE in the Transition Recovery Unit, and provided operation support and coordination of program planning and implementation.
Jess is currently Property Partner to Bethwyn Richards at The Agency Group Australia.
Jess McGrath has a Master's Degree in International Development from Deakin University, a Bachelor of International Studies in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the University of New England (AU), a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Central Queensland, and a HSC from Duval High School. Jess has also received certification from TAFE NSW in Certificate IV in Business Administration.
